I'm so glad you're here! My journey into health and wellness began from a deeply personal place. After years of navigating an eating disorder, gastrointestinal issues including SIBO, and hormonal imbalances, I became committed to not just healing—but thriving. These challenges ignited a lifelong passion for learning how to nourish both my mind and body in a way that supports my version of optimal health. Now, I’m deeply committed to helping others discover what that looks like for them.

My approach to coaching is rooted in the concept of bio-individuality—that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. What works for one person may not work for another, and that's exactly why I tailor everything I do to meet your unique goals, preferences, and needs.

Like many, I once found myself overwhelmed by the flood of conflicting wellness advice. I tried every restrictive diet, obsessed over my health, and wound up feeling more confused, exhausted, and unwell than ever. Determined to reclaim my well-being, I pursued a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) on top of my bachelor’s degree in Physiology & Health Management, grounding my knowledge in science and a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom.

In addition to my work as a health coach, I’m also a certified Mat Pilates Instructor, trained through Fuze House in NYC. I offer private 1:1 sessions as well as group classes of any size, guiding clients through mindful, intentional movement that builds strength from the inside out. Pilates is a low-impact yet incredibly effective practice that focuses on core stability, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. It not only helps tone and sculpt muscles, but also supports better alignment, injury prevention, and a deeper connection between your body and mind. Pilates Training

My Pilates approach is grounded in the classical foundations of Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire, but infused with a contemporary, athletic twist—think intentional movement with a sculpt-focused flair. Each class is designed to build deep core strength, enhance alignment, and tone the entire body through dynamic, low-impact sequences that challenge both stability and control.

We’ll incorporate a variety of props—including blocks, balls, light dumbbells, ankle and wrist weights, and resistance bands—to add intensity and variety. Whether you're joining a group class or working with me one-on-one, you’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and thoroughly sculpted.
